We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or alter the scope of any service tier at any time in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access member-only or premium content, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account; and
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of applicable law.
4. Payment, Billing, and Subscription Plans
4.1 Subscription Plans
Paid access to premium content is available through the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: A recurring subscription billed on a monthly basis at the then-current rate.
- Annual Plan: A subscription prepaid for a full twelve-month period at the then-current annual rate.
All subscription fees are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which remain your sole responsibility.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect, a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize FoodGuide.pro to charge your designated payment method for all applicable subscription fees. FoodGuide.pro does not store, collect, or have access to your full payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
4.3 Billing Cycles and Renewal
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the twelve-month period. Renewal charges are assessed at the then-current subscription rate unless you cancel before the renewal date in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period without further notice.
4.4 No Refund Policy
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the nature of our digital content, which is immediately accessible upon purchase and can be readily copied or reproduced, FoodGuide.pro maintains a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for:
- Unused portions of any subscription period;
- Partial months or partial years following cancellation;
- Accounts that have been terminated due to violations of these Terms; or
- Any other reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with content or technical difficulties.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have questions about a subscription plan before purchasing, please contact us prior to completing your transaction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole and absolute discretion in exceptional circumstances, which shall not create any obligation to issue refunds in similar future circumstances.
4.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or downgrade your account to free membership status until payment is successfully processed. We may attempt to recharge your payment method on file. Persistent payment failures may result in termination of your subscription.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Cancellation by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period;
- You will retain access to premium content through the end of the paid period;
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the billing period; and
- No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period, consistent with Section 4.4.
Cancellation of a paid subscription does not delete your account. Your account will revert to free membership status upon expiration of the paid period.
5.2 Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account entirely, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, you will lose access to all member-only and premium content, and we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.

- Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the Website;
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
